Cooking Eggs on Ceramic Cookware

I always read about how excellent ceramic pans and pots were and how easy they were to clean and maintain, but never read anything about ceramic cutlery. I discovered a company that sells these online (if you want to check their site, it’s http://www.wilsoncutlery.com/) and ordered one of the offered sets. They said that the ceramic cutlery was safe, non-toxic and lead-free. Which is true actually, so one thing leads to another and we ended up buying multiple ceramic pans, pots and other utensils, not just knives.
With ceramic cookware, frying eggs and preparing scrambled eggs is almost effortless. If you use a gas or electric stove, heat your pan for 1 minute at medium temperature before adding the eggs, and if you’re cooking on a glass stove top, preheat the pan for 3-4 minutes on a low temperature. When your ceramic pan is heated, you can add a little bit of oil or butter. This is only for taste (ceramic pans have non-stick surfaces, therefore, don’t need grease).
