Here are my favorite breakfast meals for having a perfect morning:
2. Egg Muffins – Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the eggs in a bowl and add mozzarella cheese and mix well with a fork. Chop the peppers with a ceramic knife and add them to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and put the mixture into the muffin’s molds. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden yellow and serve them hot.
3. Quick Breakfast Pie – Mix the eggs, add cooking oil, milk, flour, baking powder and grated cheese. Mix everything well until you get a uniform mixture, pour in into a ceramic pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C to 220°C for 40 minutes. Optionally - sprinkle with sesame before baking.
