If I had to describe this knife in one word- Remarkable!! It was the ultimate slicing machine. It was capable of cutting through potatoes like no other. It was so simple yet so rewarding. The potatoes were sliced very thin like “quality restaurant style” potatoes. Using a ceramic knife made me feel like I could start my own restaurant, ha!
Dinner went great by the way… I had to convenience my friend that I actually made the potatoes and not a Chef! Ha!
