2021 Review

Ceramic knife Review... Sneak peek!

#1 - Winner - Wilson Cutlery Diamond Blade Pro-Elite Series
Series - Costs $36.99 - $59.99
Rating: 4.9/5 Stars

Wilson Cutlery has one of the best rated knives on the market and at the low range for ceramic knife prices of this quality. In comparison to the two other competitors on this list you are talking about a complete win - win.

Features:
  • High Quality Zirconia #4 (lasts a bit longer than the other two competitors in sharpness)
  • ABS Handle - no plastics used will last forever
  •  Handcrafted mirror polished finish
  • $120 < cheaper than the nearest competitor with a sub par knife.

#2 - Second up - Kyocera Premier Elite Series - Costs $139.95 - $262.46
Rating: 4.7/5 Stars

This is Kyocera's flagship professional series. The costs puts it in the highest category of knives and is one of the most expensive ceramic knives. Wood with metal handle and other plastic style handles accompany this knife. This is a great knife however when others are just as good or better for a 10th of the costs it is hard to justify the cost difference.

Features:
  • Damascus printing on knife
  • Extremely sharp
  • Great weight on the handle

#3- Third up - Dalstrong - Infinity Blade Series
Costs 179.00
Rating 4.2/5 Stars

Picture
A competitor that looks very similar to the Wilson Cutlery knife at first glance. The costs put it on the high end of ceramic knives. Made of ABS as well with no plastic, the Dalstrong knife sports a mirror finish and razor sharp blade.

Features:
  • Mirror Finish
  • Won't rust ever
  • Super sharp that lasts for a long time
